Being in shape?
OUR STORIES Oct 11, 2019
Almost no one who’s overweight is completely satisfied with themselves and how they look. Unfortunately, most don’t have enough strength and motivation to solve this problem alone. Over time, they slowly lose hope that returning to a normal weight is even possible. The usual result is that after one or two tries at strict diets, self-discipline and seeing the first concrete results, they quickly forget the effort they invested, go back to old habits and scale returns to the old number. There is a saying, “It’s better to be fat and happy than skinny and miserable.” It’s a cute excuse for failure until our mirror or a “friend’s advice” reminds us this isn’t true.
Most people aren’t aware that being “in shape” or having the ideal weight isn’t only about how a person looks, his/her waistline, or the number on the scale! Being in shape means being content with life, having more energy for daily life, self-respect and, of course, feeling better. Being in shape also means believing in yourself. Aspiring for and choosing something better may be harder, but it’s a more interesting and challenging way to a successful life. All this if, because of extra weight, you couldn’t go further than the closest store just a few blocks away!
The reality is that most overweight people aren’t aware of everything mentioned above! To some extent, this makes sense if we know that the problem arose slowly as a result of the compromise between a bad way of living and stress on one hand, and the pleasure that food brings on the other. The result is a well-known connection between excess calories and weight gain.
Unless you don’t have butterflies in your stomach when you try strict and fast diets (which do more damage than they bring benefits) or you have an objective health problem, it will be hard to find the right time or enough motivation to lose weight by yourself.
Today’s pace of life has made food the easiest source of comfort and universal medicine for “everything,” instead of being the source of health, nutrition, and energy for the body. The problem is that the dose of this “medicine” usually grows bigger and bigger, and the side effects more serious.
Only a small number of people recognize at the right time this “medical” and life deception. Few decide to look for satisfaction in other not so “tasty and aromatic things,” starting a new and uncertain life battle toward a better future.
TheBestLifeDeal is offering you the chance to take your first step on the road to health and progress in the hope you will succeed.
It’s up to you to choose.
